The Council on Aging, 10 Father Kenney Way, will host guest speaker, Eric R. Oalican from the Elder Law Firm of Cohen & Oalican, on Monday, Feb. 6^th, from 1-2 p.m. Oalican’s discussion will include: how to avoid probate, protecting your home from a Medicare lien and the importance of health care proxies and power of attorney. Light refreshments will be served. This event is co-sponsored by Southeast Rehabilitation & Skilled Care Center of North Easton.
